This Privacy Policy applies to Grove and Grove Telos ("the app"), including the web app and mobile apps. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

We also collect technical data such as device type and IP address for security and to operate the service.
We use your information to provide the app (feed, goals, circles, calendar, notifications), to personalize your experience, to communicate with you (e.g. password reset), and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on secure servers (including database and file storage). We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed and not stored in plain text.
To keep the platform safe and to comply with app store and legal requirements (including child protection), we use automated content moderation. Images you upload are checked by a third-party service (Google Cloud Vision API) for policy-violating content before they are stored; text you post is checked against our community standards. Content that violates our policies is rejected and not stored.
We also provide in-app reporting: you can report posts and goals via the three-dots menu on the feed and on profiles, by selecting a reason (e.g. harassment, spam, illegal or inappropriate content) and optionally adding details. Content you mark as public may be visible to other users. Content in circles is visible to circle members. You control the privacy of your posts and goals (e.g. private, followers, or public).
We use session and authentication cookies (or equivalent tokens on mobile) to keep you signed in and to secure the app. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
You can access and update your profile and content in the app. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We will respond in a reasonable time.
